What we are searching for

As a Functional Salesforce Consultant with min. 6 years of experience in consulting and business analysis, you will be part of our Salesforce Center of Excellence. Because of your strong analytical & leadership skills, you are able to guide Salesforce implementation from the functional side. Your job will consist of a combination of tasks such as leading discovery workshops (defining CRM roadmaps), leading requirements gathering workshops, (fit-gap) analysis, backlog refinement and help with testing where needed.

 

You will work within a team of colleagues and customers to improve the digital processes of the companies we’re working for and will play a vital role between business and IT to clarify the business needs, implement them and support them further during the projects. Teamwork, commitment and good communication are vital for bringing the project to a successful conclusion! 

 

Your job will be challenging; CRM is an ever evolving and very innovative concept. The big CRM platforms like Salesforce innovate at a high pace, which requires all of our people to stay on top of the latest trends and evolutions (Agentforce for example). At valantic you will have the opportunity to jump on that train and keep your skills up to date at all times. 

Job requirements

  • Leading requirements gathering workshops

  • (Fit-gap) analysis and assessment of the customer’s needs  

  • Being the bridge between business and IT and help create functional deliverables to drive projects to completion  

  • Leading discovery workshops and help create CRM roadmaps

  • Communicating clearly with your project team (including your customer)

  • Being part of the Salesforce CoE and taking the lead (or becoming the Subject Matter Expert) in an area of your interests (cloud or industry)

  • Learning and staying on top of the Salesforce platform 

  • Being present within the Salesforce communities to grow your personal knowledge and increase our company’s visibility 

  • Being open and giving feedback for the improvement of our internal processes 

    Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, university degree or master’s degree (preferred, but not necessary in Business, Economics or Marketing).

  • Min. experience of 6 years.

  • Team player, can work in a flexible and independent manner, problem-solver 

  • Has an interest in customer data and processes, which you will use to develop functional implementation plans in a CRM environment 

  • Prior experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

  • Knowledge of Agentforce, Health Cloud, and/or Data Cloud is a plus.

  • Pro-active and strong communicative skills (NL, EN)

  • Driven, motivated, passionate, and committed 

  • Eager to learn and stay on top of latest Salesforce trends  

  • Work in a methodical and evidence-based approach

  • Willingness to take initiative and ability to adapt
